  • 1 baguette bread
  • Butter, up to taste
  • Mustard, of your choice and taste
  • 1/2 sac of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 2 slices of ham
  • Your favorite cheese, grated

  • Slice baguette in 4 equal pieces.
  • Divide in two each pieces.
  • Butter each of them.
  • Sprinkle with sliced leeks.
  • Slice ham in thong and lay over leeks. Top with grated cheese. Gratin in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. End cooking with a grill.
