Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper cut into cubes
  • 12 asparagus cut into pieces
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 bag (3 cups) Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 red onion sliced into rings
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) curry powder
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) chopped rosemary
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) chopped thyme
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) chopped oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  • Place the papillote on the BBQ grill and cook for about 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
