  • 450 g (1 lb) ground beef or ground pork
  • 1 package 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) vegetable oil
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) chopped celery
  • 250 ml (1 cup) beef or chicken broth
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) soya sauce
  • 450 gr (1 lb) bean sprouts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt, pepper

  • Brown the ground beef in a mixture of butter and oil in a large saucepan. Add the leeks and celery and cook for 3 minutes. Add the beef broth and sauce soya, mix well and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes. Check the seasoning, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
