Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
  • One 250 gr. package (3 cups) Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) white wine
  • One 796 ml can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 ˚C).
  • In a large oven safe pan, brown the chicken thighs until golden in vegetable oil. Add the leeks, garlic and potato cubes, mixing thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
