• One 250 gr package (3 cups) Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • Butter
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) fresh chopped basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Swiss Kingsey cheese
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless

  • Preheat the oven at 375°F(190°C). Put leeks in the bottom of a buttered or oiled baking pan. Put some butter on the leeks. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken breast in a frying pan at medium heat about 3 at 5 minutes on each side. Put them in a baking pan.
  • Cover the chicken breast with fresh herb, and Swiss cheese.
  • Bake in the oven 35 minutes, or until the breast lost is pink colour.

Chef's notes

Suggestion: it is possible to add some sliced mushrooms before to put the cheese. You can also replace the breast by high chicken legs boneless.
