• 750 ml (3 cups) tomatoes cut in cubes
  • 150 ml (1 cup) sliced leeks Les Culture de chez nous almost half of the bag
  • 2 sliced cloves of garlic
  • 75 ml (5 tbsp.) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette of bread
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese or mozzarella or Swiss cheese

  • Combine the five first ingredients in a bowl. Cover and cool 1 hour in the refrigirator. Put sliced bread on a cooking pan. Grill one side of them.
  • Turn over the sliced.
  • Spread tomato mix on the bread and sprinkle with left-over of liquid. Put cheese on the bread or make some others with no cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
