  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 2 cans sliced artichoke
  • 1 cup of mixed cheese to taste (mozzarella, mild cheddar, strong cheddar, a bit of Parmesan)
  • Pepper
  • 2 leeks sliced & slightly blanched
