Ingredients
2 leeks, sliced (3 cups)
4 tablespoons (60 ml) olive oil
3/4 cup (175 ml) tomato sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped walnuts
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh herbs (chives, basil and oregano)
1 pizza dough (10 - 12 in.), or a large pita bread
1 package sliced goat cheese (5 oz/150 gr)
12 black or green olives, pitted

Leek & Goat Cheese Pizza

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Heat a large pan. Add olive oil and sliced leeks. Brown for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Season and set aside. Brush pizza dough with tomato sauce. Add leeks, goat cheese slices, pitted olives and walnuts.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, remove, garnish with herbs and serve.
