Ingredients

  • 2 large cauliflowers
  • 125 gr (250 ml) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup0 of milk
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 220°C (425°F). In a large bowl, mix 2 large cauliflowers sliced into small bouquets, sliced leeks, 3 crushed garlic cloves and 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil. Salt and pepper. Set vegetables over a plate covered with parchment paper.
  • Oven bake 45 to 55 minutes until well browned. In a blender, reduce vegetables into smooth puree while adding milk.
