  • 1 small package of asparagus
  • 1 can of canned crabs
  • 1 L (1000 ml) of water
  • 2 egg whites
  • Fresh coriander
  • Potatoes starch

Preparation

  • Bring water to a boil. Add broth with instruction from the package. Add crab and asparagus. Cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes starch and finish cooking.
  • When cooking is finished, add egg whites while mixing to creates thin filament of cooked egg whites.
  • Serve right away with fresh coriander.
