1 small package of asparagus
1 can of canned crabs
1 L (1000 ml) of water
2 egg whites
Fresh coriander
Potatoes starch

Preparation
Bring water to a boil. Add broth with instruction from the package. Add crab and asparagus. Cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes starch and finish cooking.
When cooking is finished, add egg whites while mixing to creates thin filament of cooked egg whites.
Serve right away with fresh coriander.
