Ingredients

  • 1 large Naan bread
  • ½ package (125 gr) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 12 cooked and sliced chicken strips
  • 1 red pepper sliced into strips
  • 3 chopped mushrooms
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of parmesan cheese
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of pesto

Preparation

  • Preheat barbecue at medium heat.
  • Brush Naan bread with pesto. Cover with chicken, vegetables and cheese.
  • To broil, preheat one side of the barbecue at high heat and set pizza on the other side. Close the lid and bake 7 to 10 minutes, until vegetables are cooked and cheese melted.
  • Serve with a good beer!
