Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla (10 inches/25 cm of diameter)
  • 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of melted butter
  • 15 ml (3 tablespoons) of sugar
  • 0,5 ml (1/8 teaspoon) of cinnamon
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of whipped cream cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of fresh blueberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of fruits mix (ex: half of grapes and tangerines quarters)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Set tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet and spread butter.
  • In a cup, mix 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of sugar and cinnamon then spread uniformly over tortilla. Bake tortilla until sides browns, for 3 to 4 minutes, then set in a serving plate.
  • In a small bowl, mix sugars left and cream cheese then spread uniformly over crispy tortilla.
  • Set blueberries and other fruits over all. Slice into four portions and serve right away.
