Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 62,5 ml (1/4 cup) of margarine or butter
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of poppy seeds
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 package of white sweet Mozzrella cheese
  • 3 to 4 bacon slices
  • 1 baguette bread

Preparation

  • Mix Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks with margarine or butter, poppy seeds and mustard.
  • Slice baguette horizontally into slices but without slicing it all to keep its shape. Butter each slices with first mixture and then set cheese slices between each slice and close the bread.
  • Set bacon slices over bread and close. Cover with aluminium paper.
  • Oven bake at 350°F(180°C) for 25 minutes.
  • Remove luminium paper and set at broil for last 5 minutes. Watch out.
