Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of olive oil
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of Cinzano
  • 1/3 package of 250 gr (1/3 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 fresh thyme branches
  • 2 fresh rosemary branches
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of orange juice
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of honey
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of curry pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of tabasco

Preparation

  • Mix all. Add veal pieces of Charlevoix which you can prepare and marinate for 3 hours.
