8 chicken thighs
60 ml (1/4 cup) of canola oil
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 teaspoons of chopped garlics or chopped garlic cloves
4 cubed potatoes
180 ml (3/4 cup) of white wine
796 ml (1 can of 28 oz) of diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
Preheat oven at 375 °F (190 ˚C).
In a large oven safe pan, brown chicken thighs in canola oil. Add leeks, garlic and potatoes. Mix well. Add ingredients left and cook 2 minutes.
Oven bake for 25 minutes.
