Chicken thighs with potatoes and leeks

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of canola oil
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped garlics or chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 cubed potatoes
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) of white wine
  • 796 ml (1 can of 28 oz) of diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper up to taste

  • Preheat oven at 375 °F (190 ˚C).
  • In a large oven safe pan, brown chicken thighs in canola oil. Add leeks, garlic and potatoes. Mix well. Add ingredients left and cook 2 minutes.
  • Oven bake for 25 minutes.
