1 packge of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
250 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
150 to 200 gr of Tournevent fresh goat cheese
5 whole large eggs
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
Mix with a blender all ingredients exept leeks.
Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 12 to 15 minutes and then add to mixture.
Butter a baking mold (9 inches) and refrigerate 5 to 6 minutes. Pour mixture in mold and oven bake 35 minutes at 350°F (190°C).
