Ingredients

  • Garlic butter, up to taste
  • Finely chopped parsley, up to taste
  • 1 pork fillet (opened into pocket)
  • White wine up to taste
  • Soy sauce up to taste
  • Leeks butter:
  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of soft butter
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients for leeks butter and set aside.
  • Brush pork fillet with melted garlic butter. Spread leeks butter over pork fillet and spread with fiely chopped parsley. Make a roll.
  • Fix pork fillet with skewer soaked into water beforehand. Brush pork fillet with soy sauce and cook with barbecue. Brush with white wine while cooking.
  • Bake for about a tens of minutes.
