Ingredients

  • 1 package of 350 gr of Fettuccines pastas
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 gr (about 1/2 pound) of lobster flesh
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped tarragon
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of melted butter
  • 10 ml (2 teaspooons) of chopped garlic
  • Optional :
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of chopped dill

Preparation

  • In a casserole filled with salted boiling water, cook pastas al dente. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat white wine at medium heat in another casserole. Add leeks and cook 3 to 4 minutes until tenderness.
  • Add lobster flesh, butter, garlic, and, if desired, diced tomatoes. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add pastas, tarragon, and, is desired, dill. Salt, pepper and warm 1 minute.
