Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet of 700 gr (about 1 1/2 pound)
  • 1 package of 140 gr of smoked salmon
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of fresh chopped dll
  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of 15% cooking cream
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 205 ºC (400 ºF).
  • Slice salmon fillet in two like a sandwich without cutting completely. Open and garnish with smoked salmon slices. Spread with dill. Close and slice into four equals portions.
  • Over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, lay fillets. Slt and pepper. Oven bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter at medium heat in a casserole. Cook leeks for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour cream and milk. Salt and pepper. Let simmer at medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Serves with fish.
