Ingredients

  • Crust :
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of flour
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of oatmeal
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of brown sugar
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of margarine
  • Garnishing :
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of raspberries (or more if desired)
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) of brown sugar
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of cinnamon

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 375 °F (190°C).
  • Oil the bottom of an oven safe plate with PAM oil or grease with margarine or butter.
  • In a bowl, mix raspberries, brown sugar and cinnamon then pour into the plate.
  • In another bowl, mix aoll ingredients, exept margarine. Then cream the margarine and add to dry ingredients.
  • Lay this preparation over raspberries.
  • Oven bake 375 °F (190 °C) for about 30 minutes. Be careful : it may be necessary to verify th cooking after 20 minutes to be sure that raspberries do not burn. All ovens do not bake a the same intensity.
  • Serves hot with vanilla flavored ice cream.
