• 250 gr of Cantonnier cheese
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of lemon or orange compote
  • 1 fresh ginger clove
  • 1 liter (4 cups) of cooking cream
  • 6 crepes

  • In a casserole, set cheese, Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks, compote, ginger and cream. Let simmer at low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Then, let cool down and lay it all in a crepe. Roll and refrigerate, then slice like sushi.
