  • Ingredients for crepe
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 more egg yolks
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 310 ml (1 1/4 cup) of milk
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oil
  • Ingredients for caramel coulis
  • 1 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1 cup of cooking cream
  • A Philadelphia cheese cake mixture, all made

  • For crepes, mix all ingredients and cook into fie crepes.
  • For the caramel sauce, cook at medium heat until boil.
  • Set a crepe in a plate and lay the cheese cake mixture over it to roll it up entirely in it. Spread fresh blueberries over crepe and pour the caramel coulis.
