Ingredients

  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 150 gr or 2 potatoes
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of flour
  • 625 ml (2 ½ cups) of chicken broth
  • 1 ml (¼ teaspoon) of basil
  • 1 ml (¼ teaspoon) of tarragon
  • 1 ml (¼ teaspoon) of savory
  • 1 ml (¼ teaspoon) of celery salt
  • Cooking cream or milk up to taste

Preparation

  • Brown the Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks with oil for 3 minutes at medium heat. Add diced patatoes and cook for 5 more minutes. Add flour and mix well. Add broth and spices.
  • Cook at medium heat for 40 minutes. Blend till puree texture. Add cooking cream or milk till desired consistency.
