Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) of sour cream
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of fat free vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 1/2 ml (1/8 teaspoon) of cinnamon
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of brown sugar

Preparation

  • Fairly divide wild blueberries onto four ramekins.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, yogurt and cinnamon. Pour mixture over blueberries and cover entirely.
  • Spread with brown sugar mixture and broil at 3 inches from a heat sources, till sugar does bubbles and caramelize (for 3 to 5 minutes).
  • Serves while caramel is still hot.
