Ingredients

  • 1 package of 300 ml (300 gr) of frozen thawed blueberries
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) of sugar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of water
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of cornstarch, diluted with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cold water

Preparation

  • In a casserole, mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil. Cook at medium heat while stirring for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Set into a mixer to crush fruits.
  • Add cornstarch diluted with water. Cook for one minute.
  • Set in a sieve and refrigerate before serving.
