Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin beef
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of carrots, in julienne
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sliced red peppers
  • 1/3 package of 250 ml (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil

Preparation

  • In an aluminium paper, lay vegetables sliced into juliennes, Les Cultures de chez nou sliced leeks, sage leaves and grated Mozzarella. pour a bit of olive oil. Seal the aluminium paper and bakes for 5 minutes or till desired baking.
  • Barbecue baking :
  • Preheat barbecue at medium heat. Oil sirloin beef and bake for 2 to 3 minutes for each side or till desired baking. Serves beef sirloin with vegetables for accompaniments.
  • For one's who desire pan bakings, seize oiled beef sirloin . Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or till desired cooking.
