Ingredients

  • 600 ml (600 gr) of mascarpone
  • 200 ml (200 gr) of white cheese
  • 150 ml (150 gr) of powdered sugar
  • 400 ml (400 gr) of strawberries
  • 1 package of Ladyfinger biscuits
  • Orange juice

Preparation

  • Lay plastic film over a cake mold.
  • Then, soak the biscuits in orange juice. Be careful for the buiscuits to stay dire inside.
  • Prepare in the oven the mixture of mascarpone, white cheese and sugar. Wash, hull and slice strawberries in half.
  • Alternate layers of biscuits, white cheese and strawberries. Finish with the biscuits.
