Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 cups) of 250 gr of sliced leeks
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery branch
  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 minced chicken breast without skin
  • For the sauce :
  • 1 can of condensed chicken cream of 284 ml
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) of chicken broth
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of dried chopped shallots
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of old-style mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped garlic

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
  • Dice carrots and celery. Cut broccoli into small bouquets.
  • When cooking lay the preparation in an oven safe plate. Cover and bake at low heat for 2 hours.
