Ingredients

  • 500 gr of potatoes
  • 1 package 1/3 of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 8 filo dough sheets
  • 1,5 ml of fresh cream
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Melted nuts of butter
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Dice potatoes. In a casserole, cook potatoes for 20 minutes in boiling water. Do the same thing with Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. In a bowl incorporate potatoes, leeks, cream, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
  • Over a floured work surface, slice filo dough in two. brush with butter, then add stuffing and close it all. Do it again. Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
