• 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
  • 150 gr of Cantonnier or Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 minced slices of buttered baguette bread

  • Brown sliced leeks in butter for about 5 minutes. add cooking cream and Cantonnier cheese to the sliced leeks.
  • Simmerat low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Salt and pepper up to taste.
  • Meanwhile, broil slices of bread in the oven on a baking sheet. Spread leeks preparation over broiled breads.
