Ingredients

  • 180 gr of white chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 330 ml (1 1/3 cup) of flour
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh raspberries
  • White melted chocolate (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 180 ºC (350 ºF).
  • In a bain-marie or a microwave, melt white chocolate with butter at medium-low heat.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar. Add flour, then white melted chocolate and raspberries.
  • Butter a square mold of about 20 cm (8 inch) and pour down the mixture. Oven bake 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool down over a grill.
  • If desired, decorates with a bit of melted white chocolate. Cut into 16 squares.
