Ingredients

  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh chopped parsley
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh chopped chive
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lime zest
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped ginger
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of curry
  • 2 whites of leeks, slice in rings of about 1 cm.
  • Ground salt and pepper up to taste
  • 200 gr of Doré-mi cheese
  • 8 whole mushrooms
  • 2 finely sliced zucchinis

Preparation

  • Preheat barbecue at medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients of the marinade. Add cubed cheese, mushrooms, leeks, and zucchinis.
  • Skewers vegetables and cubed cheese on four skewers and alternate.
  • On the oiled and heaten grill of the barbecue, bake skewers for 6 to 8 minutes.
