Ingredients

  • 675 gr (1½ pound) of beef, to simmer (boneless), sliced in 4 pieces
  • 1 onion, sliced in half
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of carrots juice
  • 4 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 sliced celery branch
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 6 carrots, sliced at 1 cm (1/2 inch)
  • 2 white of leeks, sliced at 2,5 cm (1 inch)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of fresh, chopped, parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Put the grill at the center of oven. Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
  • Add carrots, Les Cultures de chez nous mignons of leeks and continue cooking uncovered for about 40 minutes or till vegetables gets tende. Adjust seasonings.
  • Accompany with potatoes and long grain rice. Garnish with parsley.
