Ingredients

  • Chocolate chips, mid-sour (or black)
  • White chocolate chips
  • Fresh bueberries

Preparation

  • Melt chocolate in a bain-marie till it softens. Add in small qauntity blueberries and cover with chocolate till there are no more left (mix carefully to not damage the fruits). On a cookie plate covered with parchement paper, lay grapes of 5 to 6 blueberries at a time. Put to refrigerator till it hardens.
  • Enjoy right away.

Chef's notes

About the quantity of chocolate, go with the taste. Simply adjust with the quantity of blueberries with the chocolate.
