Ingredients

  • 500 gr (1 pounds) of fresh ready asparagus
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of bread crumbs
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 ml ( 1/4 teaspoon) of salt
  • 1 ml ( 1/4 teaspoon) of pepper

Preparation

  • In a large casserole of salted boiling water, cook asparagus for 4 to 5 minutes or till it gets tender.
  • Drain asparagus and lay in a serving plate. Add all other ingredients and mix well to well cover all asparagus.
