  2. Rinse chickpeas and drain slowly with absorbent paper

  2. Remove kale stems
  3. Cover kale with olive oil in a bowl

  5. Bake in the oven for 12 to 20 minutes; check color while baking to avoid blackening (if this happens, it will have a bitter taste).

  • In a bowl, mix apple slices, salt, and cinnamon
  • Lay slices on a baking sheet
  • Bake for 2 to 3 hours or until brown and crispy
