Oven baked chickpea

Ingredients

  • 1 chickpea package of 540 ml
  • Salt up to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A mix of spice up to your choice :
Indian Mexicano Moroccan
Coriander Paprika Pepper
Ginger Cumin Cinnamon
Cumin Oregano Cumin
Pepper Garlic Coriander
Garlic   Clove
Turmeric   Cardamom
    Nutmeg
    Ginger

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C)
  2. Rinse chickpea and slowly drain with absorbant paper
  3. In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients and chosen spices
  4. Divide on a cooking plate
  5. Oven bake for 50 minutes while stirring at mid-cooking

Kale chips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch of kale
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, up to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 300 °F (150 °C)
  2. Remove the kale stem
  3. Cover kale with olive oil in a bowl
  4. Lay down kale on a baking plate
  5. Oven bake for 12 to 20 minutes, while checking its color while baking to avoid from blackening (if its the case, it will have a bitter taste)

Apples chips with salt and cinnamon

  • Lay slices on a cooking plate

Preparation

  2. Cut bananas in slices
  3. Soak slices in limon juice
  4. Lay down slices on a baking plate
  5. Bake for aproximatively 3 hours

Sweet potatoes chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F (205 °C)
  2. Paper a cookie sheets with aluminum
  3. Cut potato in half, then slice with a mandolin
  4. Ina  bowl, mix sweet potatoes, olive oil, paprika, and salt
  5. Lay slices on a baking plate
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at mid-baking
